  • to follow the instructions of the staff,
  • not to endanger themselves, other passengers or third parties,
  • to respect the boat, the equipment and the marine environment,
  • not to carry prohibited or dangerous items,
  • to comply with passenger number limits and the terms of use of the service.

Where required by law or by the nature of the service, the customer must have the necessary documents, licences or requirements for the use of a boat.

7. Limitation of Liability

CORFUBOATTOURS makes every possible effort to ensure the proper operation of the website and the accuracy of the information provided.

However, the Company does not guarantee that the website will operate without interruptions, technical problems or errors.

The Company shall not be liable, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for damages that may arise from:
