This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all bookings for boat tours, boat rentals and related services made through www.corfuboattours.gr with the business “HANKOUL ABDOUL WHAHID” (hereinafter “CORFUBOATTOURS” or “the Company”).

1. Free cancellation up to 72 hours (3 days) before

You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled start time and receive a full refund. To cancel, please contact us by email at info@corfuboattours.gr or by phone at +30 693 141 3043, stating your name and booking details.

2. Late cancellations and no-shows

Cancellations made less than 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled start time are refunded at 50% of the amount paid. Failure to appear at the departure point at the agreed time (no-show), without prior notice, is non-refundable.

3. Cancellations by the Company (weather, safety, force majeure)

The safe operation of boat tours and rentals depends on weather and sea conditions, boat availability and instructions from the competent authorities. If the Company cancels a booking for reasons of safety, adverse weather, technical issues or force majeure, you will be offered, at your choice, either rescheduling to another available date or a full refund of any amount paid.

4. Changes to your booking

If you wish to change the date or time of your booking, please contact us as early as possible. Changes are subject to availability. Requests made at least 24 hours in advance will be accommodated wherever possible at no extra charge.

5. Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the amount to appear in your account.

6. Late arrival

Boat tours depart at fixed times. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but departure times cannot be guaranteed and late arrival may be treated as a no-show (see section 2).

8. Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable Greek and European Union consumer protection law.
